  • Maximillian Petty

    Chef/Owner

    Maximillian’s professional cooking career began in his uncle’s Taco Time on Washington’s Peninsula. Alongside his wife Jennifer, Maximillian owns and operates Eden Hill Hospitality with restaurants in Seattle and Walla Walla. He’s a father to two young children.

  • Chauncey Arkfeld

    General Manager

    Once a brunch busser, Chauncey’s professional ambitions took him to the Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts and Humboldt State University for a BFA in Creative Writing; however, he could never escape the unique torture of the restaurant industry. An alum of Bistro Laurent and The Herbfarm, Chauncey joined Eden Hill Hospitality in 2015.

  • Kevin Chrisman

    Chef de Cuisine

    As a teen behind the butcher counter at his local North Carolina grocery store, Kevin began advising customers on how to best prepare meat and seafood before ever learning to cook. After positive feedback from a lifted magazine recipe, Kevin sought his first restaurant job and continued his career into the best kitchen’s around the United States, including The Mansion Restaurant, Rose's Luxury, Husk Nashville, and Bull and Beggar. Kevin lives with his wife and pets.
